PE 102 Principles of Body Movement

Teaches how to move and stand in a correct way to help students maintain a healthy lifestyle. Exploring range of motion in each part of the body starting from the feet and moving up towards the neck. Moving in different ways to awaken the muscles that support the spine for correct alignment. At the end of this course the students will be able to hold correct posture and support their professional performance with correct alignment. Credit units: 1 ECTS Credit units: 2.
