SFL 405 Intercultural Business Communication

This course focuses on business communication in intercultural environments. Cross-cultural communication theories and a cultural framework will be used to assist in the analysis, evaluation and creation of appropriate business messages addressed to specific audiences in both English and French. Practical applications center on designing a multilingual/multicultural website. Credit units: 3 ECTS Credit units: None, Prerequisite: SFL 207.
