LAUD 421 Realization of Urban Projects

This is an interactive course, studying the conditions/factors, partners/actors, elements of project realizations, to provide better urban environments. During the course, problems that may be encountered at different levels of urban project realization in terms of legal, institutional, financial issues will be taken up. Various approaches to urban problems will be discussed with the students and the students will be exposed to different case studies given by guest lectures.
Credit units: 3 ECTS Credit units: 5.
