Management information in organizations, decision support systems, enterprise resource planning, information systems is planning, organizing for information system projects, IS project lifecycle models, IS development and maintenance principles, organization, management and control IS, information technology (IT) and IT-enabled services outsourcing, voluntary and involuntary outsourcing for both consumers and producers of IT and IT-enabled service, variables that impact outsourcing and the impacts of outsourcing from business as well as social perspectives.
