Introduction to basic aerospace engineering. Introduction to flight and basic aerodynamics. Reference frames and coordinate systems. Frame rotations and Euler angles. Aerospace dynamics: translational and rotational equations of motion. Longitudinal dynamics. Lateral dynamics. Discussion of static stability, trim and dynamic stability. Approximate and linear equations of motion. Basic longitudinal and lateral controls.
