IE 324 Simulation

Use and misuse of simulation as a decision tool. The design and analysis of simulation. The use of simulation for estimation, and comparison of policies. Emphasis is primarily on applications in the areas of production management. Topics include modeling and programming simulations, random number and variate generation, statistical analysis of simulation output data.

MATH 260 and (CS 115 OR CS 102 OR CS 114).
