PE 177 Intermediate Yoga

The purpose of this course is, to practice intermediate yoga postures, digital pranayama techniques and mindfulness meditation techniques. Improving concentration, proprioception and interoception both physically and mentally by holding the poses longer. Credit units: 1 ECTS Credit units: 2, Prerequisite: PE 176.
