PSYC 437 Program Evaluation

Program evaluation is an activity that organizations do routinely either formally or informally because they are concerned with how well human services programs serve people in need. In the course we will cover such topics as why evaluation, role of evaluator, methods of evaluation, utilization of evaluations and ethics in evaluation. Although the course will focus on social programs the course is equally relevant to the evaluation of educational programs, training programs and organizational change programs.
Credit units: 3 ECTS Credit units: 5, Prerequisite:
PSYC 205 and PSYC 230.
