COMD 521 Body Movement and Vision in Immersive and Interactive Media

This course brings together the conceptual and technical aspects of interactive arts concerning body movement and interactive spaces. Students' experience will be focused on the concept development, design, and planning of the user experience of such artworks that use the human body as a direct means of input while realizing an interactive spatial environment. Emphasis will be placed on research, concept development and planning of body movement-based interactive spaces to discern useful approaches to human-computer interaction.
