LAUD 202 Design Studio II: Housing

This course is the second of the Urban Design Studios and focuses on housing sites and design problems that will integrate landscape and urban design issues. Issues covered include, analysis of spaces on a selected site, decisions on volumes and their compositions, proposing alternative solutions for different user groups and densities, integrating traffic and pedestrian movements. Presentations and studio critiques are utilized to develop oral and graphic skills and techniques.

LAUD 201.
