CI 542 Principles of Instructional Design

The course intends to focus on the fundamentals, phases, theories of instructional design, and accompanying instructional strategies and models. Participants will examine instructional strategies, cases, and effective delivery methods matching with the emerging trends in education for the 21st-century. Topics will include the definition and steps of instructional design, identifying the need for instruction, task analysis, developing instructional objectives, and developing instructional materials and evaluation.
Credit units: 3 ECTS Credit units: 5.
