Protection of the right to data protection; legal, ethical, and human rights aspects of data processing; decisions of the ECtHR, the ECJ, and the Turkish Constitutional Court in relation to the right to data protection; the relationship between data protection and other rights and freedoms; theories of surveillance; the protection of health, genetic and biometric data, the right to be forgotten, the protection of children's data; AI and data protection.
