of judicial control of the administration. Sources of administrative law; structural
and functional aspects of central and local administration and regulatory agencies;
rule-making power of the administration: unilateral administrative acts; contracts
of the administration and legal regime of public personnel. Organization of administrative
courts and Council of State and their competences; judicial remedies; liability of
