Basic concepts of English legal system. Introduction to English Contract law; specifically, formation and structure. Legal Profession in England and the USA. Legal language of banking. Legal and linguistic skills practice in reading, writing, drafting commercial agreements, oral presentation of case study, effective professional correspondence, negotiation, interviewing and advising clients.
