POLS 454 Politics Media and Propaganda

The main aim of this course is to explore different intersections between politics and media: how media and political institutions interact to shape public thinking and debates around social problems, cultural norms and policies. Our focus will be political propaganda and the way it uses mass communication formats to reach its desired public.
