Analysis of investment and financial decisions from the perspective of top management in a corporation; financing methods and techniques including working capital, project finance, shareholder, export credit agency loans and derivatives; optimization of debt/equity ratios; business and risk analysis to meet the requirements of the financiers; corporate valuation methods and business plans; mergers and acquisitions. Case studies covering topics such as energy, infrastructure, privatizations and buyouts.
