Organization and description of data. Basic concepts of probability. Binomial, Poisson distributions. The normal distribution. X2, t and F distributions. Simple and multiple regression. Analysis of categorical data. Some nonparametric tests. Biological and medical science applications using a statistical software such as MINITAB or SAS.
