GRA 213 Computers in Graphic Design I

An introduction to the graphic capabilities of a sophisticated full color computer graphics system. Using advanced ``user-friendly'' software designed primarily for artists and graphic designers, students will learn to create art on the computer. Subjects covered will include computer graphics terminology, saving and recalling images on disk, digitizing a photographic image, and producing ``hard copy'' (35 mm. slides) with a film recorder.
Credit units: 3 ECTS Credit units: 6.
