BIM 492 Strategic Management

In this course students apply the techniques of Strategic Management to run a $100 million company, using a dynamic business simulator. Teams comprising four or five students manage companies in a constantly evolving market. This enables the students to apply the skills and knowledge they have obtained in the previous three years. Effective interpersonal, team building and communications skills are required to formulate decisions that integrate accounting, finance, marketing, R?amp;D and production planning activities, plus Human Resource Management, in a highly competitive environment. Credit units: 3 ECTS Credit units: 6.
