BIM 490 Project Management

This course applies the basic principles of project management which have been provided in the course BIM 498 that is prerequisite to this course. The students will be able to practice the planning of a project, setup and lead a team, monitor progress, and bring the project to a satisfactory completion. All 5 phases of Project Management which have been thought in BIM 498 will be applied in this course. The students will also learn the advanced features of MS2002 and will be able to use it in their project implementation.
Credit units: 3 ECTS Credit units: 6.
