BIM 424 Integrated Business Management

In this course students apply the concepts and techniques of Strategic Management to run a $100 million company, using a dynamic business simulator. Teams comprising three or four students complete in an evolving, competitive environment that requires integration of many common management functions, including product development, production, pricing and marketing, plus financial planning and forecasting and strategic positioning of the firm within selected market segments. This course is offered only to senior year students who have a superior academic standing.
Credit units: 3 ECTS Credit units: 6.
