The task of ``selling'' is becoming more and more challenging each year. This course is designed to develop sales professionals who possess the required knowledge and skills to succeed in this profession. The course defines and uses the "selling process" as a platform to address the needs of complex sales situations. When there is a requirement to go beyond the basic selling models, particularly in large volume sales situations, this course can enhance the sales performance of even the best Sales Representatives.
