BIM 242 Web Site Development I

During this course, taught in the PC laboratory, students gain a comprehensive understanding of owning a web site and the fundamentals of developing a web site. They will concentrate on the analysis that must preceede and follow the actual writing of HTML page; students will learn to identify the purpose, goal, and target audience of a Web site, and plan its structure, content, and navigation using some popular technical tools including HTML, Dreamweaver, Paintshop Pro and Java Scripts. Working in teams students will prepare and present a web site project.
Credit units: 3 ECTS Credit units: 5.
