Business Information Management Department aims at helping the students to earn European Computer Driving License (ECDL). Certificate for their computer skills. The European Computer Driving License (ECDL) is the internationally recognised qualification which enables people to demonstrate their competence in computer skills and consists of a series of centrally controlled and standardized computer literacy exams. In this context, the course starts with a basic overview of Concepts of Information Technology; plus hardware, software, and Data Organization ?amp; Storage concepts and methods. Then continues with first introductory, and then advanced level usage of Word Processing using MS-Word. It is assumed that a student who successfully finished this course, will be able to get a valid a grade in ECDL Advanced Word Processing Proficiency Exam.
