CTIS 251 Object Oriented Programming

The objective of the course is to make the students familiar with the object oriented programming paradigm by focusing on the principal concepts such as objects, classes, encapsulation, modular design, hierarchy between classes, inheritance, polymorphism and abstract classes. C++ language will be used as the programming language and all the applications and examples both in the lecture and in the lab will be implemented using C++. (Four hours lecture, three hours lab.) Credit units: 5 ECTS Credit units: 9, Prerequisite: CTIS 152.
