Common law and statutes relating to business with special reference to contract law and sale of goods. The law relating to business organizations, and other areas of law relevant to commerce including banker and customer, hire purchase insurance and bankruptcy. The industrial law, the law concerning the contract of employment. Trade unions. Legal aspects of international trade. The process and function of governmental regulation of free enterprise. (Course open for students of the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences) (in Turkish)
