MAN 406 Business Strategy

Business strategy refers to the long-term direction and scope of a firm's activities. This course serves as a comprehensive overview of the analytical tools, methods, and processes of developing, implementing, and evaluating business strategy. From the perspective of top-level management, the course examines how resources and competences of firms are identified and leveraged to create long-term direction and sustainable competitive advantage within their competitive, industry, and macro environmental contexts.

MAN 321 and MAN 335 and MAN 341.
